Stan is our newest member of the Seaway team, starting in February (’21). Stan comes to us with almost 30 years of experience in metal forming. Most recently, he served as Vice President of National Accounts & Business Development for Autobolt in Cleveland (6 years). Under Stan, Autobolt realized record growth in each year 2015-2019. In addition, he helped develop 15 new strategic long-term customers that will continue to provide opportunities. He was responsible for working with and managing all direct and independent sales personnel, focusing on new business generation prospecting and qualifying existing and new customers/products.
Prior to Autobolt, Stan spent 10 years at Jacobson MFG in Medina as Sales and Marketing Manager. While there, he developed and implemented a sales plan associated with a capital investment of greater than $2M towards acquisition of cold forming equipment to extend capabilities on several product lines within the Jacobson operations during in 2008. Jacobson realized additional sustained revenue streams of greater than $4 million annually from this equipment acquisition. During Stan’s tenure, overall revenue for the company doubled to $85M.
Stan started his career working in both the engineering and purchasing departments of Cuyahoga Bolt & Screw. He believes in the importance of utilizing the entire organization to help develop and grow customers.
Stan received his B.A. from John Carroll in Mathematics in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll in 1997.
